The staff was really great and super helpful I had a little mishap and they sorted it out in no time. They also kept the pool and bar open late for us which was a nice touch, except the pool was freezing like 60° so maybe not for a swim but good for a cold plunge.

It wasn't exactly inexpensive but for what we paid it was acceptable.

The stay was quite nice overall, with friendly staff, a comfortable room, and a decent breakfast. However, the pool was not heated, which was disappointing, and I noticed some cleanliness issues in certain areas. Still, it was a pleasant experience overall.

Stayed in a Standard King Room Non-Smoking with air conditioning, flat-screen TV, and microwave. The bathroom was equipped with free toiletries and a hairdryer. Loved the hot tub and spa lounge for relaxing after a long day. Nearby hot springs were a nice bonus. Breakfast included make-your-own waffles and fresh fruit. Room was nicely carpeted and well-heated.

I loved the family room with bunk beds. It felt like a fun sleepover for the kids! The indoor pool area was lively and perfect for making lovely family memories. And don’t even get me started on The Q Lounge-craft beers and pizza after a long travel day? Yes, please!

Got the Standard King Room Non-Smoking. The room was decent, clean, and comfortable. I liked that it had a woodgrain vinyl floor instead of carpet—made it feel a bit fresher. But yeah, the lock on the back door was broken, which was kinda sketchy. And the breakfast wasn't much to write home about, just some packaged pastries. Overall, a mixed bag but not terrible.

I loved relaxing in the hot tub after a long day and enjoyed the nice breakfast spread each morning. The indoor pool was perfect for unwinding too! Just a heads up, the Wi-Fi could be better, but it didn’t ruin my experience. 😊

Breakfast consisted of packaged pastries, which left something to be desired. The room felt comfortable, albeit lacking a privacy door latch that made me a bit uneasy. The ceiling fan in the bathroom required cleaning, and I noticed some cleanliness issues overall. Despite that, the bed was cozy enough for a good night’s sleep. I appreciated the vinyl flooring in the handicapped room, making it easier to keep clean. However, hearing the front desk staff arguing during check-in was unsettling.
